SOS Emergency Button

One press on the large red button in an unsafe situation. The app immediately sends an emergency alert with GPS location, notes and device information to the office. The office sees exactly where your team member is, can follow up on the alert, and everything is recorded with timestamps. Works offline too: the alert is automatically sent when connectivity returns.

Digital Signing

Customers sign off work orders on the technician’s phone screen. Employees sign the TRA before starting work. Documents are acknowledged with a signature. Every signature is stored with timestamp, GPS location and device information. Legally traceable, no more paper needed.

Satisfaction Surveys

Monthly or quarterly surveys with stars, sliders and open questions. Fully anonymous: results are only visible as group trends and only from a minimum number of responses. Measure eNPS scores, spot red flags and compare with previous periods. Includes compliment and complaint forms as follow-up after completion.

Who is Where

See where your team is on the map, with distance, status and last known location. Call or navigate with one tap. Battery-aware: the interval automatically adjusts when battery is low. Location is only shared after explicit employee consent, fully GDPR compliant.
